Data updates are recorded automatically whenever our monthly pipeline publishes new figures. Corrections are listed here too.
- : Solar production estimates computed with PVWatts 8.5.0 for the largest city in each state.
- : Heating degree days updated from NOAA (typical weather = 2016–2025 average).
- : Regular gasoline prices updated to the week of 2026-11-02 (EIA).
- : Residential natural gas prices updated to 2025 annual averages (EIA); CT, ME, MD, NC, RI, SC use 2024 because 2025 is not published.
- : Residential electricity prices updated through Aug 2026 for all 50 states, DC and the U.S. average; household usage from 2025 annual data (EIA).
